Ordered flowers on the 24th to be delivered on the 26th. Tracked the order all day. Stated dispatched at 09.20 and finally received an email at 21.00 to say they'd been delivered. Contacted my friend who said they had never arrived. Friend in isolation due to covid 19 so has been in all day. Disgraceful to lie and say they have been delivered when they haven't. Contacted Serenata to request a refund. Shameful
