I ordered the ‘blush delight’ flowers for my friend for her birthday and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and lack of resemblance to the product you portray online. They look absolutely nothing like the flowers on your website and are definitely not worth the £25 I paid for them. I would like a refund for the product so I can buy my friend different flowers that actually look like the product being sold because this is complete false advertisement. I’ve also been trying to make a complaint via your website and it’s not allowing me to.
