Where do I start.. My partner had been hospitalised with coronavirus.
Thought order her some flowers on her return home as a surprise.
Ordered 17th April for next day delivery.Tracked the order,driver within half mile.Failed delivery unable to access!Cul de sac straight forward!
Same again 19th and 20th this time customer not available.Partner cannot leave the house!Nodelivery card left.No contact number for the company.Awful customer service.
Flowers arrive on 21st,flowers just about dead and dried out.
