After reading the positive reviews on their website and on Trust Pilot, I ordered flowers for my sister in law who resides in London for her birthday. The flowers arrived with wilted pink roses and the vase was broken.
Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed with the product. I have reached out to customer service and have asked them to send a replacement to my sister in law. Customer Service replied and stated they they’re sending a replacement tomorrow. Let’s see how the replacement product will turn out.
