Beautiful Bouquet of flowers ordered to be delivered too my partner.. That was about as good as it got. Flowers were delivered and some of them withered. Not only this but the Foliage looked like it had been eaten by something.
Customer service was contacted and photos of the shambolic bouquet were sent. They apologised and refunded me a measly £6.45 from the order that cost me £40.
Terrible Flowers and other than the fast response with emails, terrible customer service.
