We placed out order 2 and a 1/2 months before our delivery date to our extremely ill mother, we were informed on the day of delivery that delivery date would not be met, (which was Mother’s Day) having such a huge lead time I would have thought we would have been notified that they were unable to meet their Delivery obligation. We had planned to visit from Australia but due to Covid-19 were unable. As stated in our email to Serenata flowers we cannot express our profound dissatisfaction and disappointment, as our mother felt forgotten, if we had of been contacted we would have opted for early delivery. Will never use nor recommend them to anyone, happy to take our money, but not happy to keep us informed! Devastated is all we can say sadly.
