Having now read the reviews captured on this website, I wish I had not ordered flowers from this company.
As with others, the flowers that arrived did not have any resemblance to those shown on the website.
The Customer Service team continued to make excuses, saying that flowers can be substituted due to availability (which I understand). However, when the flower in question is the 'main' flower that forms part of the bouquet, then that is a bitter pill to swallow.
Avoid like the plague!
