Flowers arrived crushed in a box. Contacted Customer Service to raise the issue and sent a photograph. The response was prompt but listed a range of things that I had to do, in a vase, wait 5 days, confirm that we had followed the care instructions. The product was damaged. I sensed a long drawn out process. They should realise that complaints arise from dissatisfaction rather than something to do. Satisfied Customers are the best advertisement a company can have. I did not want to enter an email ping pong. So the message is do not buy flowers from Serenata.
