Birthday surprise flowers should have arrived on Saturday, was assured by email from customer service and tracking they were out for delivery. They turned up 2 days late and 1/2 the flowers were dead. Customer Service not interested had an answer for everything. Website plastered with next day delivery and 7 day free delivery!! Well not in my experience.
Never use this company again and would definitely not recommend. Use local florist next time. I won’t be using a company that can’t deliver on its promises.
