When ordering flowers for a special occassion, we expect that they will be delivered on the day. I mean, it is that special day.
Twice now, last year and this year, I have ordered via Serenata to deliver to Finchley in London and the delelivery has been late on both occassions. Last year I accepted that this can happen on rare occassions when there is a problem, but again?
Last year there was a muted apology from Serenata. This year its the pandemic.
All they do is point to their terms and conditions.
So be aware of this.
