Received 2 bouquets recently during bereavement and both were very poor quality with flowers past their best, some with broken stems and some dead. They were made up of mostly greenery that was smelly and mouldy. I have not given honest feedback to the senders - they would be extremely upset -but I certainly would not use this company in the future.
