If I could give this company zero stars I would. I organised some flowers with vase, Chocs and teddy for my daughter in law who had just come out of hospital after having an operation. On delivery the vase was smashed. My son and daughter-in-law have only recently moved in together so did not have a vase hence my ordering the flowers with one. Unfortunately my son had to go out and buy one. I contacted the store to explain that it was broken and was asked to provide photos which I did. (All done on the same day). I was then offered a replacement vase or a refund. After I had explained that one had to be bought I was then informed that as the item was with the flowers a refund wasn’t possible and they could only replace despite their original offer to me. I have again contacted them to ask for a full refund on the whole order as I’m so disappointed with the whole experience to which they have just come back and said they can replace the vase! Don’t waste your time with this company - I tried to go local and this is the service that I have received. It ended up being an upsetting experience for the person receiving the gift when she really needed cheering up.
