I had a sound bar that I was unable to set up. I visited the Loughton branch because I thought I needed a different lead. Without asking, Bill volunteered to set the sound bar up. I hasten to add that I hadn't bought the sound bar from the shop! He visited my home and realised that there was already a better system in situ. My husband who had died was into audio systems. Bill set the system up and showed me how to access the system. I was so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and advice. I will always so grateful for Bill's kindness and care, he is a truly compassionate man. He did not need to do what he did!
