I ordered premium headphones just two days before Xmas, the person I spoke to was helpful, humorous and above all made no promise of the delivery - they arrived today (Xmas eve) and I am delighted? The reason for the review is that the ‘big shed’ near me were reluctant to price match and I could not talk to a person, just a virtual rubbish one , I have been in the industry for too many years to realise that personal customer service is still very important, thanks to Sevenoaks so much, if I lived in the Kent area I would love to visit your store
