Process worked perfectly. Sewoong did exactly as they promised and kept me informed on the way. I would have given them five stars but I missed a detail on the item - I thought I was buying with AAA batteries but item uses tiny expensive unrecheqrgeable CR2032 so more for ornament than use!! - my fault!
