“Great mirror. This is my second Ergotec Spiegel M99 purchased through Bicycle Hero. It is difficult to source in the USA and I have found this to be the best quality mirror on the market. Shipping cost is reasonable from Korea and communication during shipping has been excellent with consistent updates on progress. Arrived well packaged in a "relatively" quick timeframe. Highly recommend.”

“Order has still not arrived, and tracking is now unavailable. I have sent several emails requesting an update, after a few poor responses I have now requested a refund, now there is nothing but silence….. I will never order from this supplier again. Do not waste your time, service has been terrible.”

“The product (Connex chain) was excellent. But the service from Bicycle Hero was poor. The website claimed that the item was "in stock." But it obviously wasn't as it took 40 DAYS for delivery! It appears that Bicycle Hero had to order it from the manufacturer in Germany and then eventually get around to shipping it to me. No tracking information was provided. Communication was slow. I will not use this seller again and suggest you think twice before buying from them as well. I should have paid more attention to all the other bad reviews others have posted.”

“It's been over a month and I still haven't even received a tracking number. The website states that my order is still processing. I placed my order on March 5th. I've sent them multiple emails and they have been unresponsive. I should have listened to the reviews here.”

“The item took several weeks longer than promised for delivery. I wrote to the distributor several times during that period and I was ignored. I would not recommend buying through Bicycle hero or it’s subsidiaries.”

“I wish I could give zero stars. I don't have my order yet. It's been over 30 days. And customer service has been largely absent. No support. No acknowledgment that this is an issue. And no resolution. I would recommend against ordering anything from Bicycle Hero, as they can't seem to deliver, and the absence of any true customer service puts the legitimacy of their business into question for me.”
