“So many issues!!! I placed an order weeks ago and just now received an email saying that it was shipped despite the site saying that orders will ship in 1-3 days. The USPS tracking number they sent is not recognized by USPS as a USPS tracking number. The site also says that orders over $100 will ship free... My order met this criteria, yet I was charged $25 for shipping. I've tried emailing them via the email they provide on their site, but all of my emails get returned saying that the address is not found. When I try to view my order via the link on my account page, a page loads with a bunch of code gibberish. I'll be calling my Credit card at the end of the week to dispute the charge if I'm unable to connect with them.”

“Ich habe am 07.07.2025 eine Bestellung für einen Fahrradtacho aufgegeben, sofort per Kreditkarte gezahlt. Mehrmalige Aufforderungen meinen bestellten Artikel zu versenden wurden nicht beantwortet. Bislang (heute ist der 09.09.2025) habe ich noch keine Antwort und Ware erhalten. Eine Rücküberweisung ist ebenfalls nicht erfolgt. Ich kann nur von einer weiteren Bestellung abraten.”

“I placed an order almost a month ago and I have not received it yet. I have tried to contact someone but have not gotten any response. I have also tried to email the support page, and I got a got a bounce back from the email saying that the address does not exist.”

“Received my order and I'm very happy with it. My delivery time expectations were a little high initially, not understanding the complexity of posting items from the other side of the world. If I have a need for further items I would not hesitate to purchase from you people even though the delivery takes some time. Keep up the good work. Thank you.”

“Super easy to select and pay for the goods as well as the shipping. I received the items in excellent condition and in extremely quick time.
