“Ich habe am 07.07.2025 eine Bestellung für einen Fahrradtacho aufgegeben, sofort per Kreditkarte gezahlt. Mehrmalige Aufforderungen meinen bestellten Artikel zu versenden wurden nicht beantwortet. Bislang (heute ist der 09.09.2025) habe ich noch keine Antwort und Ware erhalten. Eine Rücküberweisung ist ebenfalls nicht erfolgt. Ich kann nur von einer weiteren Bestellung abraten.”

“I placed an order almost a month ago and I have not received it yet. I have tried to contact someone but have not gotten any response. I have also tried to email the support page, and I got a got a bounce back from the email saying that the address does not exist.”

“Received my order and I'm very happy with it. My delivery time expectations were a little high initially, not understanding the complexity of posting items from the other side of the world. If I have a need for further items I would not hesitate to purchase from you people even though the delivery takes some time. Keep up the good work. Thank you.”

“Super easy to select and pay for the goods as well as the shipping. I received the items in excellent condition and in extremely quick time. But the thing I'm most grateful for is that I received a rounded up amount/number of the small items I ordered,which is absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend Sewoong International/Bicycle Hero. “I ordered a set of integrated bars for my BMC Teammachine. I had been quoted an 8 week wait to get them from BMC. Bicyclehero quoted me 10 days with priority post. My bars arrived in under 7 days. They were very well packed. I am very happy with the service!!!”

“Great mirror. This is my second Ergotec Spiegel M99 purchased through Bicycle Hero. It is difficult to source in the USA and I have found this to be the best quality mirror on the market. Shipping cost is reasonable from Korea and communication during shipping has been excellent with consistent updates on progress. Arrived well packaged in a "relatively" quick timeframe. Highly recommend.”

“Order has still not arrived, and tracking is now unavailable. I have sent several emails requesting an update, after a few poor responses I have now requested a refund, now there is nothing but silence….. I will never order from this supplier again. Do not waste your time, service has been terrible.”

“The product (Connex chain) was excellent. But the service from Bicycle Hero was poor. The website claimed that the item was "in stock." But it obviously wasn't as it took 40 DAYS for delivery! It appears that Bicycle Hero had to order it from the manufacturer in Germany and then eventually get around to shipping it to me. No tracking information was provided. Communication was slow. I will not use this seller again and suggest you think twice before buying from them as well. I should have paid more attention to all the other bad reviews others have posted.”

“It's been over a month and I still haven't even received a tracking number. The website states that my order is still processing. I placed my order on March 5th. I've sent them multiple emails and they have been unresponsive. I should have listened to the reviews here.”
