“Never shipped item. I opened 2 tickets and they closed them instantly without explanation. Had to do a chargeback to get my money back.”

“Who wouldn't love these ROK straps. They are space saving, durable and strong and they don't have wire parts that scratch and chip paint on bikes. They are adjustable for any size bag and dispite the most rugged roads, the straps perform and keep on performing.”

“Don't trust these guys. My order was never processed and when I tried to send email, nobody replied and on eof the email listed here does not even exist (email cannot be delivered.) Gone without a trace.”
