It's been over a month and I still haven't even received a tracking number. The website states that my order is still processing. I placed my order on March 5th. I've sent them multiple emails and they have been unresponsive. I should have listened to the reviews here.

The item took several weeks longer than promised for delivery. I wrote to the distributor several times during that period and I was ignored. I would not recommend buying through Bicycle hero or it’s subsidiaries.

I wish I could give zero stars. I don't have my order yet. It's been over 30 days. And customer service has been largely absent. No support. No acknowledgment that this is an issue. And no resolution. I would recommend against ordering anything from Bicycle Hero, as they can't seem to deliver, and the absence of any true customer service puts the legitimacy of their business into question for me.

I ordered a helmet in March this year (10 months ago) and have never recevied it. I have raised several tickets without a response and they get closed immediately. The helmet cost USD 750. I have emailed several times and stated I just want my money back but they have not responded. Bicycle Hero is disgusting how they treat their customers in this respect. I will be telling everyone in the cycling world that I know NEVER to buy any equipment from them if they chose not to refund my payment. If an item is out of stock and you are unable to stock it then you should let the purchaser know and refund their money.

I ordered 2 cycle carrier straps, # 1710014392, total cost £14.04, on 14 August 2024 and paid the top P and P rate, (an additional £32.80), to receive them before I went on holiday on 30 August 2024. They didn’t arrive in time, so my extra postage cost for a speedy delivery, was wasted and I had to improvise other support straps for my cycle carrier. On my return from holiday, on 06 September, the order still hadn’t arrived, so I contacted Bicycle Hero, only to discover that my account showed that the order had been cancelled(!) on the day it was ordered - but not by me! However, £46.84 had still been charged to my credit card. Apparently, Bicycle Hero had cancelled it but still charged my credit card! I notified Bicycle Hero that I requested a refund, as the order had been cancelled but, even though I was given a “ticket reference” on each of 2 further complaints, #69755 and #69792, no “support representative” got in touch with me to discuss my issues. I even tried to telephone South Korea but had no success. I eventually decided that I had lost the £46.84 but, to my astonishment, I was advised, on 23 Sep, that my “cancelled” order had been shipped!! Bicycle Hero obviously don’t know what they are doing! It eventually arrived on 02 October 2024, five weeks late! I am afraid that I cannot recommend Bicycle Hero’s “rapid delivery” option, nor the supposed response within 24 hours of a “ticket reference” being issued, nor the chaotic online account which flagged up the order as cancelled and yet it was later despatched! Do not touch with a “barge pole”! At least I now have 2 spare straps, which cost me £23.42 each!

Like a number of others on here, my order was verified on the account 4 months ago but not shipped and no response to repeated emails. I opened 3 tickets which were acknowledged by email but all were then closed instantly without further explanation. I have neither received the goods, nor been reimbursed. I also emailed the CEO but still no response. Can only say it has been an infuriating experience!

Item ordered in January 2024 (Order #1710014055) which never arrived. Support blamed the postal service and there has been no resolution. Bad customer experience.

Never shipped item. I opened 2 tickets and they closed them instantly without explanation. Had to do a chargeback to get my money back.

Don't trust these guys. My order was never processed and when I tried to send email, nobody replied and on eof the email listed here does not even exist (email cannot be delivered.) Gone without a trace.

They sent me the wrong product, and their service team hasn't responded to my inquiries since my initial request for a replacement or refund. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Ordered a small pedal adapter. It never shipped, then the CS email assured me they would address it. I never heard from them again and never received the product...

Very very bad experience with this Cie. Purchased a SUNRACE cassette. After 3 weeks without news (order underway) I contacted the helpdesk to discover they did not take account my order. Cost me over 30€ the shipment. I ve never received the item. Seems to be delivered according the tracking (where ?). The customer support center is useless: never an answer. Close the ticket ASAP open another one. I was not reimbursed. I do not recommand.

I ordered TWO Giro Aether Fit System Replacement for my Giro helmet. My credit card was charged for 2 but I only received one. Contacted Help Desk and a ticket was opened. The ticket was closed without any contact regarding the resolution outcome. I have all transaction details regarding my order. At this time I cannot recommend this company.

Ordered BMC ICS - ICS 2 spacers, for days kept giving me the run around on the post office was closed - holiday and i was ok with this. They told me 2x after that they would provide me the tracking in 24 hours which they did not. If you are going to purchase from them, make sure you use paypal, i did. I inform paypal about gettting the run around on my order and showed them the correspondence via email and i received a full refund.
