Terrible service, buyer beware! I bought a Cinelli complete bicycle worth 3.5k. It was shipped via intl express postage, took 3 weeks for the merchant to provide me with tracking info. The bike arrived over a month later, and it was damaged due to poor pacakaging. The bicycles frame, derailer and hangar were all damaged so badly the bicycle is not ridable. Over two months later Im still waiting for the merchant to send the replacement parts. The lack of commication and vagueness around, how and when they are going to fix this issue is appalling. Will never do business with this company again, extremly unsatisfied customer.

I ordered two Polar water bottles over a month ago and they have not been shipped. I emailed Support several times and NO response. This is unacceptable. I do not have the product and no refund. Do NOT buy products from BicycleHero!

I ordered two bike travel bags and paid over 40 euro for an express delivery (9-10 days) so the bags would arrive in time. When I ordered it said the delivery would take place on friday 7/8 or monday 10/8. The package was still not delivered when i left on holiday Wednesday morning. I already sent two e-mails to the support adders but I never got a reply. I didn’t get the bagsIn time. had to make additional costs and paid over 40 euro for a service bicyclehero didn’t deliver. I don’t agree with this.

Ordered a couple patch kits in June. Fianlly....2 months after the order a package arrived with the tracking # sent to myself and PayPal. Only thing, the package the completely empty. Nothing. PayPal denied my claim because a tracking number was given and was shown

Sorry for that. We already sent you the request of the item photo. According to our recode of shipping process, the package was including 2 patch kits. If it was lost during delivery process, we will cover it. Please send us the photo of the package.

I posted an order about a month and a half ago. My credit card has been charged but no sign of the goods. If have twice enquired about the status of my order. Despite promising to respond within 1 business day there has still been no answer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

placed an order on 7/1 where item was listed as in stock. on 7/21 emailed customer service regarding status of order as it has yet to be shipped. have not heard back. attempted to email again on 7/28. one star based on faulty advertising regarding item being in stock, taking money for product before it was shipped, and poor customer service thus far. at this time, business in bordering on stealing as I was charged before item was shipped.

2 months since I ordered - nothing received. 8 weeks exactly or 2 months since I placed an order with BicycleHero. Tracking not possible any more. Was encouraged to contact BicycleHero support. Unable to login to check status of my support ticket. No feed back from BicycleHero Support. From other customer reviews I understand that you should expect a shipping time of between 8 weeks and 10 weeks. If the above is OK, then by all means buy from Bicycle Hero

Ordered and paid for two connex 11 speed quick links 6 weeks ago. Despite numerous emails to bicycle heroes I have neither my links or a reply. I think this company is a scam. Avoid.

I ordered a bike seat and after 1 month it never shipped. I reached out to customer service multiple times and never received any response at all. I had to escalate to my credit card company to get my money back. Go elsewhere.

I send BikeHero a question on a brake part on two separate occasions and never received an answer. I decided to order the item anyway on 6/4/20, but the item was never shipped, noting that their warehouse is listed as being located in the same state, CA. Accordingly as of 7/2/20 I asked them to cancel my order as I could not wait any longer. Now as of 7/10/20 still no response from them. This is an unprofessional and irresponsible outfit, and I will tell my cycling friends to order elsewhere.

Schaut euch das an !!! Am Montag wurde meine Bestellung im Shop bearbeitet, Dienstag ging sie auf die Reise und am Donnerstag wurde sie zugestellt. Wahnsinn, einmal um die ganze Welt ... So schnell ist ein Paket wenn ich es innerhalb Deutschland versende. Jetzt frage ich mich nur, warum ich 5 Wochen lang "hingehalten" wurde. Ich glaube es einfach nicht. Nach 5 Wochen (Bestelldatum 20.05.20) , unzähligen (unbeantworteten eMails) und sogar einem Telefonat habe ich seit heute (30.06.22) eine nutzbare Trackingnummer von Pantos und auch bei UPS ist der Status "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" sollte es tatsächlich doch noch zu einer Auslieferung kommen? was hat der Shop die letzten 5 Wochen getan ? Vielleicht meine Ware bei Hersteller bestellt ? was auch immer , ich werde weiter berichten!

wie wann aktuell mal wieder sehr schön feststellen kann, wird bei diesem Onine-Shop nach Lust und Laune gearbeitet. Seit langer Zeit wird eine Review vom Shop kommentiert, andere, mit dem selben Problem, nur ein paar Tage vorher gepostet eben nicht. Was für ein katastrophaler support.
