I paid an extra $40.00 for express courier shipping stated 5-7 days. Part came from Korea and took 18 days. I expected the part in a week. The part was what I expected but shipping just takes too long. I my training rides on my my competition rig as a result.

I brought a fox tailgate pad and paid for express postage and it arrived a week after this period and I wasn’t offered a refund. Also the pad came folded in half, when the packaging specifically says do not bend. It didn’t arrive in fox packing just wrapped in bubble wrap and white plastic. Also on top of this the leather is faded in sections. My overall experience wasn’t great.

Item arrived was not correct item as the photo showed a full wheel and all I got was a tire explained this over email and was given a flippant response definitely wouldn't want to order from here again

The two sections of the Topeak QR Cage Mount did not slide apart easily. Had to put the unit in a vice, and pry it apart with a flathead screwdriver. Glad I bought two, because this one doesn't work, despite greasing the two parts and doing minor filing to get it to slide easier. Manufacturing defect.

I finally received the merchandise I ordered but the communication was poor from your company. Did not receive responses to my emails, and I had to create a complaint thru Pay Pal. If I need to order any future products for my bicycle it will not be thru this company.

Incredibly slow shipping out of S.Korea (took almost a month to leave the country)(I suppose there is a pandemic on!), once in the hands of Royal mail it was only a few days. Bad/non-existent communication from seller.

I paid for expedited shipping to ensure the products arrived prior to our family leaving on vacation; however, the products DID NOT make it in time. I reached out to the company to inquire if the money paid for expedited shipping would be refunded and never received a response. In addition, when the products finally arrived (the day we returned from our vacation) the boxes were crumbling and damaged. I was extremely disappointed with this buying experience.

I ordered 2 for iPhone 11, I got one for iPhone 11 and one for iPhone XS Max which doesn’t fit. After a very long wait. I understand the wait.... but now I have one I can’t use.

I ordered an item on 4/9/20 and received it on 5/18/20. I will probably never order from this company again due to the extensive shipping time. Further, had I not contacted them, it would have taken longer because my initial item was out of stock and they never informed me.

I have been very disappointed with your customer service. Please review my email trail. I contacted them probably 6 or so times and never had my questions answered. All I would receive back was a generic response telling me they would respond within 24 hours and I never heard back. Fortunately, the glasses came today and they are fine. Very poor customer service. It is as if they are not really there or concerned.

Sorry for that. Because of Corona, our team cannot work in full time. A few members are working at the office. Now we are recovered from the impact. We will be back to normal soon.

Sorry to delay the delivery. AU custom seems delay the process than regular season. We just checked the tracking and it is in Sydney. I think you can get it in this week. We expect you can get it in 12 work days. We just tracked your item. It was passed EU custom clearance in Amsterdam and moved to Germany by DHL Yesterday. We expect you can get it in this week. From Netherland to Germany it will take only 2 ~ 3 work days. We will keep track it.
