I have been very disappointed with your customer service. Please review my email trail. I contacted them probably 6 or so times and never had my questions answered. All I would receive back was a generic response telling me they would respond within 24 hours and I never heard back. Fortunately, the glasses came today and they are fine. Very poor customer service. It is as if they are not really there or concerned.
