Sorry to delay the delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail seems some problem. We have a lot claimed about Royal Mail Delivery. We will solve it in afew days.

I ordered a Bocsh and Muller bicycle light. What I recieved was four days late and an older version of the light I actually ordered. The tracking was completely worthless. I will not use this company for future orders.

When researching the rear-view mirror wherein I was interested, I learned that this mirror was offered this company and a firm in Germany. I read the reviews and went ahead with the purchase. I received my mirrors (I bought two: one for each of my two bikes) in a reasonable amount of time. My first thought was "Great!" And then I found a problem: one of the mirror kits was missing the handlebar inner brace. I have contacted Sewoong International twice asking for a replacement: and have twice been ignored. So does a company which sells a commodity receive a 5 star rating for ignoring their customer? In my opinion, no. To me a 3 star rating would suggest that they at least tried to remedy the issue. That did not happen. In summary: Delivery was Good: price was good: customer service is lacking. I did ask twice for a replacement part that is a principal component of each mirror kit. Two stars.

Nice website, reasonable email response but in my case very poor 7 weeks delivery time. That would have been acceptable if they would have provide accurate dates. After 4 weeks I received a tracking number for HongKong to NYC. Weird to ship this from Germany to California. Why??

I received my item, however the item which was send was the wrong color. I am still waiting for the correct item to be shipped. Also, while waiting for my order to arrive, the tracking feature on your website did not work. After clicking the tracking link, a page with useless text would appear instead of the expected order tracking page.

Sorry to delay the delivery. According to the Canada Post Tracking information, it was arrived at CA on 1st May. Now it is under the Canada Custom clearance. We just claimed to Canada Post for update the item location. You can track your item with your tracking number in Canada Post. If there is any problem, we will solve it with Canada Post again. We will update it in 48 hours again.

Commandé 3 pneus PANARACER rigide, arrivé au bout de 20 jours pliés (les pneus a tringles rigides ne doivent pas être pliés), le suivi postale n'apparait pas en ligne, j'ai du envoyer plusieurs mails pour avoir un numéro de suivi. Personnellement, je déconseille.

The goods were paid for and a communication was received to say delivery would be within 14 days. Nothing arrived in this period. When I asked to get a refund I was told they would look into it. Two days later I was told the package was in Amsterdam. I repeated I wanted the order cancelled and raised a case with paypal. I received a refund within 2 days. Sure, the prices were low, but delivery speed and communication was so poor I would never use again. Waste of time.

I ordered the B&M Ixon IQ Premium light with rechargeable batteries and charger from you. So far, the batteries will not accept a charge. I am trying to figure out if the problem is with the charger, the batteries, or the light. I'll let you know what I find out and how we can resolve this issue.

I ordered three different items, two of which arrived. The e-mail confirmation I received advised all three items had been shipped however the shipping document on the couriered package only detailed two. The third item did not arrive so I e-mailed BicycleHero.com who immediately refunded the money for the missing item. I was given no option in the refund. My issue is that the item is of lowish value and to re-order means I will now incur a shipping charge. Furthermore, despite the shipped items showing as being in-stock it took one week before the goods were packed and dispatched.

Shipping is being a nightmare. Supplier claim the package was delivered, but the tracking shows "in transit in France" when the package was to be sent to Costa Rica. I sent already 3 emails but no answer.
