WARNING! The company sent the wrong product. Despite the several emails I sent, it refused to offer a refund or replacement. Your best bet if you get scammed by this company is to contact your credit card company and ask it to issue a refund for the purchase.

I ordered a part two months ago. I was told as part of the order process that I would be advised of when the item would be shipped. Delivery was quoted at 10-12 days for international. After two weeks nothing happened. I sent at least 3 emails to their support centre. None of which were answered. I then had to get PayPal involved to start a case to recover my money. Naturally you have to wait. After a 6 weeks, out of the blue I get a notification that my item is coming from Korea. Not what I was expecting. 9 weeks after placing my order items have turned up. I have no idea whether they are genuine or not. Terrible service. Will not use again.

I ordered a pat for my MTB 2 months ago and it has not arrived, I have tried to contact them and have had no response. If I could give them no stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam and you will receive nothing. Do not bother ordering. Be prepared to use a charge back since no refund will be issued. 100% trash!

Awful. Still waiting. Ordered 25th November. Told arrive in 10 to 14 days. Feel very upset. I believe this is a scam. I have discussed with sister who is a lawyer and we are on the case Disgusting

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Totally unprofessional. Order stated 25 days for delivery, but after 60 days I still did not receive my goods, so I emailed and was informed I would receive a reply within 1 day. I did not get a reply after 15 days, so requested my money back and began proceedings against them. At that point and after sending further emails and messages I was informed I would receive a refund within 10 days. Covid is not an excuse for zero communication in 75 days!!! Buy elsewhere. These people need closing down.

I’d write a review If I received my order! I ordered the product at the end of September and it’s now end of November and it hasn’t turned up. Quick to take your money. Poor service.

Sorry to delay the delivery. According to the tracking information, Royal Mail could not update your item locaiton. We already refuned all your payment.

This company or website is somewhat disorganised. I ordered and paid for a Deuter Exp 16 Air backpack (site did state only a few in-stock) A$180. Shipment was delayed with status showing processing for 3 weeks, no tracking update, no communication re delay. When I sent a message I did receive a prompt and brief reply apologising, shipment issues quoted, refund being processed with matter/order closed and deleted. More than one week later I did receive a full refund. It was processed a few days after my query but due to banking system delays took over a week to finally hit my account. Based on feedback I have viewed this company is improving. Hence 3 stars for effort. Keep up the good work and remember good communication is vital in sales.

Awful customer service and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have connected you 3 times now and had no response on the status of my order which was placed on Feb 16th and "in stock". You have received my money, where is my order? are you a serious business or are you a scam?

Sorry to delay the delivery. Unfortunately the courier cannot update your item location. So we shipped the second package. You already received the new tracking information. It was upgraded to the tracked courier. When it is arrived at UK, Royal Mail will update the next process.

They have some products that are quite good value. The delivery and response is not top of the game, but the products arrived fine if you are not in a hurry. The main issue I have is with the order. Some items are not delivered, without any explanations. I had to approach the helpdesk before being advised that the items are out-of-stock and payment for those itemS will be refunded. And then I had to send reminders and chaser for over a month, before the refund was processed. Once it was processed, the refund was quickly reflected back in my credit card account. Not a good experience from a customer's standpoint. Eventually all was wrapped up, but requires active monitoring, checks and chasers from buyer. Not for those who are not up to it.

Placed an order with Bicycle Hero for hard to find Suomy (Suomy has gone out of business) replacement helmet pads that were honestly overpriced. I ordered 2 sets. Took about a month to arrive. I received 2 Suomy facesheilds instead!!! Filed a complaint with Bicycle Hero, they quickly responded about my complaint via an obviously automated computer response system. I explained my dissatisfaction and sent a photo of the wrong items. I expected a response within a day or so. Almost a week has gone by without any response from Bicycle Hero at all. I filed a report with PayPal and I'll get my money back soon. My experience with this company is highly disappointing!!! I'll never use them again. I'm very glad PayPal is there to help the consumer in situations like this. I never buy without them.

I did receive my order very timely only about a week after ordering through Canada Post. This was the first time I had ordered directly from an overseas cycle parts manufacturer/supplier, rather than from a North American distributor or local retailer which typically have higher prices and longer delivery times. So I was understandably anxious that my order actually would be delivered - and I was not disappointed. However, despite what it did say on my order confirmation that I could trace my shipment after leaving Asia, I could not trace it at any time by clicking anywhere on that confirmation page, so I was very relieved once it showed up in the mail.

Got the email asking how the delivery was before the item was delivered. Looks like someone created the label then forgot to mail the item. 2 weeks later when they emailed to ask how my purchase was I let them know I never received then it looks like they lit a fire and dropped it in the post box. From the other reviews posted, looks like Carl from shipping is asleep on the job most of the time. Item came relatively quickly after it was actually sent though so no complaints other than someone just dropping the ball actually mailing the item

I just ordered a box of 72 oddly-sized spokes for around $30, for an academic project with limited time and a very limited budget. The spokes in question claimed to be located within their US warehouse, and since I live in the US, I figured the part should have no problem arriving on time. I've read the mixed reviews of some people getting their parts and others not, but being the optimist I am, I decided to trust them because this part was not available anywhere else that fits in my budget. I have been waiting for almost a month and my tracking status is still stuck on "Processing" with a "view order" button that leads to an error. I can't believe these people would try to scam someone out of $30 when that money determines the success of a project and the future of another. I am currently trying to find a way to get my money back and explain the situation to my school, but within that time, if my part actually arrives, I'll gladly post an update. If you are reading this bad review, assume that I still have not gotten my parts and that this website is indeed a SCAM.

I tried to support my local bike shops and buy this rack adapter locally, but no one had it. Bicycle Hero has it and I received it earlier than I expected. I’m pleased with their service
