The product (Connex chain) was excellent. But the service from Bicycle Hero was poor. The website claimed that the item was "in stock." But it obviously wasn't as it took 40 DAYS for delivery! It appears that Bicycle Hero had to order it from the manufacturer in Germany and then eventually get around to shipping it to me. No tracking information was provided. Communication was slow. I will not use this seller again and suggest you think twice before buying from them as well. I should have paid more attention to all the other bad reviews others have posted.

Can't fault the product, but customer service needs some work. Ordered and got confirmation and allegedly posted ( no tracking), nothing received after 30 days contacted customer support by email....again no response for 7 days, chased again. Eventually offered to either refund or post...So went for the post again option...This time got postal confirmation and an actual trackable number which I was able to follow from Korea...all arrived in approx. 9 days ( plus the 30 days and 1 week I had already waited)... Lay back is good mind...

Thank you very much for the following on the item not showing as delivered. Slow despatch. Item now only showing as in transit to Australia after 2 weeks. Australia Post showing as in transit to Sydney with delivery to Perth next week. This will be 3 weeks after order.

This company or website is somewhat disorganised. I ordered and paid for a Deuter Exp 16 Air backpack (site did state only a few in-stock) A$180. Shipment was delayed with status showing processing for 3 weeks, no tracking update, no communication re delay. When I sent a message I did receive a prompt and brief reply apologising, shipment issues quoted, refund being processed with matter/order closed and deleted. More than one week later I did receive a full refund. It was processed a few days after my query but due to banking system delays took over a week to finally hit my account. Based on feedback I have viewed this company is improving. Hence 3 stars for effort. Keep up the good work and remember good communication is vital in sales.

They have some products that are quite good value. The delivery and response is not top of the game, but the products arrived fine if you are not in a hurry. The main issue I have is with the order. Some items are not delivered, without any explanations. I had to approach the helpdesk before being advised that the items are out-of-stock and payment for those itemS will be refunded. And then I had to send reminders and chaser for over a month, before the refund was processed. Once it was processed, the refund was quickly reflected back in my credit card account. Not a good experience from a customer's standpoint. Eventually all was wrapped up, but requires active monitoring, checks and chasers from buyer. Not for those who are not up to it.

Got the email asking how the delivery was before the item was delivered. Looks like someone created the label then forgot to mail the item. 2 weeks later when they emailed to ask how my purchase was I let them know I never received then it looks like they lit a fire and dropped it in the post box. From the other reviews posted, looks like Carl from shipping is asleep on the job most of the time. Item came relatively quickly after it was actually sent though so no complaints other than someone just dropping the ball actually mailing the item

The service provided from Sewoong was first class however and I appreciate it is out of their control but the time from placing the order to delivery was exceptionally long. I did not make contact at her placing the order as I was able to track delivery.

They display a false Reviews.io widget on their site. "(shows 5 stars) Product arrived, but late (or did they not bother updating the shipping information for 2-3 weeks) Order with care.

Tried to order a bike stem extension and 3 months later nothing … texted the support team who sent the item again and received in less than 10 days! So don’t delay in contacting them if there is an issue. Their customer service team will respond:)

Like other customers - the time of arrival was very long and I thought that I lost my dosh. But having said all that, the business did provide the product as shown finally.

Received my freehub yesterday. Almost 3 weeks after I ordered it (although Canadian Customs is very very slow). Exactly as I ordered, although I found their pricing higher than others (but they had it in stock).

It took a while , and communication wasn't great, but I got all my stuff. If you buy a tire generator, make sure the light you buy, will work with it. I bought a light that was AC and the generator is DC, so I had to put the light on another bike.

Order received within 20 working days shipping as noted. Had 4 Same tires , for 2 bikes, and tube. 1 tire Was minus a cosmetic reflective stripe but good. Tube ordered a shrader but received presta. Quality seems good. No response yet on tube issue. Overseas shipping so does take some time to receive. Would be 4 star if all order was filled correctly.
