Good shopping experience on the web site, but I was never able to get the free shipping. I was answered it was above 150 CAD minimal order, which I did but I had still to pay 26 CAD for shipping with the low cost shipping. I mentioned it but was never answered. Still placed my order because there were items I had been looking for a while and good prices. Thanks in advance.

I finally received my replacement light "only" 6 weeks and several inquiries after I ordered it. I have installed it and it works properly. This firm was the only source I could find for this light and for this reason I am grateful, but if I had to do it again I would go without a light. I understand there were delivery problems because of the pandemic but that should not excuse lack of response to my inquiries.

My bike light took a good while to arrive here in the UK, but eventually did after just over 3 weeks. The Lezyne light is 150 lumens, not 300. This was not made clear from the picture of the light or the product information but is clearly marked on the bike light I received. So I feel I was kept in the dark about that, hence 3 stars

Item delivered in a timely manner. However, upon opening the package, the item appears not to have been stored in a dry inventory area as there were some signs of rust on the metal parts of product. I had to removed the rust with a steel wool pad and a slight sanding to remove rust spots. Product functions so it was cosmetic issue probably from how it was stored?

When you purchase your order, it may take 4 days for them to process it. In my case, it took 3-4 days before i received a tracking number (which is a reflection of a slightly outdated or insufficient / overloaded system). However, the pricing was reasonable. I have read reviews which state that orders were never received from Sewoong, and whilst this may have occurred, i have no doubt that this was more to do with other untrustworthy parties being involved (such as an old flight route which is no longer utilised, or some 0.001% chance of modern day 'pirates' becoming involved). My only advice to Sewoong is to be clearer about larger items. I ordered an item which was about 1m X 0.5m and weighed around 20kg. Due its' size, it could not be freighted for 1 whole week (after waiting 3-4days for a tracking number). Therefore, it took 2 - 2.5 weeks for the order. Now that i know it was waiting at an airport for 1 week (after being informed by email from Sewoong that this may be the case), i could verify the difficulties in freighting this item. I can see that from the point in time when my order finally departed the airport, it took 3-4days (which was the fee i paid for). In other words, had i paid only the standard freight cost with this item, it would have taken a further 2-4 weeks perhaps. Whilst i can now see that my money 'paid off', it was still nonetheless unclear to me from the beginning that i would need to wait 2.5 weeks in total. I thought i had been scammed for the first few days, but still held my hopes high and gave the company the benefit of the doubt which they deserved. I only hope that Sewoong's logistical systems are improved - so as to be more clear with customers about their REALISTIC time-frames. It needs to be transparent, on the specific product webpage which a customer is buying, that with any item over a certain size - 1 week may need to be added to the delivery time frame. This needs to be clear to the customers in each product advertisement, when they list each larger product as a new/updated stock item. Due to the international nature of this business, it seemed too overwhelming to research into whether this company had conducted any form of misleading advertising, by not informing me that 1 week MAY be required. This, in hindsight, is my only fault with the delivery. Other than this, i received the item unscratched, and it had not been tampered with in any way. Thank you for your service, and i hope you take my advice seriously.

late delivery (3 weeks over) Status display on web page is not accurate. Before the arrival of the product, the status of the web page was "completed" , , but it did not match the situation.

Goods arrived eventually and cost was good. However, communication was dreadful. Twice I chased the delivery up to be told it had cleared customs and would be with me in a couple of days. It was actually 3 weeks from the first email response until it was received by the courier. Total delivery time was 36 days from ordering.

I liked the Trelock RS 451 Protect-O-Connect AZ Frame Lock - Black -Silver & the Trelock ZR 355 Protect-O-Connect Chain 150-6. They work just fine. It took over a month for the product to get here. They didn't answer e-mails or chats promptly.

Bought a saddle bag. Good price and fairly good delivery time. On receipt the bag was somewhat dusty and I wonder about the storage conditions. Not so serious but not great.
