Delivery took three weeks, with little tracking available. Customer services response was very quick by email whenever I contacted them. Overall, cheap but slow.

I paid extra to have my saddles delivered in three days, they took 14 days to arrive. The track shipment on the web site never worked, always came up with an error. I was so frustrated that I was going to cancel the order. Blam,then they showed up at my doorstep.

I am delighted with my new Bianchi cycling glasses. Not impressed that they took 20 days to get here tho! Ordered on the 22nd April arrived on the 12th May!!

Item not received yet. I know it's in France for 3 days now but I don't neither which company IS supposed to deliver it normal when it should happen...

Order was dispatched one week after being placed and was received as described 3 days later. Although I emailed to check on shipping date I didn't receive any reply until I was notified by SMS that goods had been dispatched and until then was worried by some negative reports on the web. However very pleased with overall time scale particularly as the price was very good.

I placed my order, did not receive any shipping info for 3 weeks sent Sweoong an inquiry email to find out that nothing had been shipped. So 4 weeks to ship to receive my goods, too long... Products that arrived were as advertised, but me having to track down my order???

Item arrived on time, however the item has a small scratch on it. It's not the end of the world as all cranks always get scratched anyway but it still costs you stars.

I ordered two detour panniers and what I got were two timberline panniers. I'm not sure why they are advertised as detour. I see online on the rain coverimags it says timberline, but the image doesn't let you zoom in to reveal the bag logo, which isn't actually detour. That was disappointing but Im on a time crunch and I guess these ones will do. They aren't bad for what they are.
