“I liked the Trelock RS 451 Protect-O-Connect AZ Frame Lock - Black -Silver & the Trelock ZR 355 Protect-O-Connect Chain 150-6. They work just fine. It took over a month for the product to get here. They didn't answer e-mails or chats promptly.”

“Bought a saddle bag. Good price and fairly good delivery time. On receipt the bag was somewhat dusty and I wonder about the storage conditions. Not so serious but not great.”

“The products were received nicely and correctly as I ordered. Unfortunately it did take much longer to get them delivered than the promised. I ordered on July 28, using Standard Post (7~14days). But received the package August 23.”

“Shipping times are elusive. Website claims 7-10 days. Item was ordered December 16th and arrived January 12th. Customer service was helpful and provided tracking numbers. Package left Germany then went through Korea. Item was received undamaged. This makes me wonder how easy a return would be.”

“The product was only acceptable. The tightening screw was stripped, but fortunately I still had the screw from the part I was replacing, and could use that. Otherwise, I would have had to return the product.”
