I ordered two bike travel bags and paid over 40 euro for an express delivery (9-10 days) so the bags would arrive in time. When I ordered it said the delivery would take place on friday 7/8 or monday 10/8. The package was still not delivered when i left on holiday Wednesday morning. I already sent two e-mails to the support adders but I never got a reply.
I didn’t get the bagsIn time. had to make additional costs and paid over 40 euro for a service bicyclehero didn’t deliver. I don’t agree with this.
