WARNING! The company sent the wrong product. Despite the several emails I sent, it refused to offer a refund or replacement. Your best bet if you get scammed by this company is to contact your credit card company and ask it to issue a refund for the purchase.

I ordered a part two months ago. I was told as part of the order process that I would be advised of when the item would be shipped. Delivery was quoted at 10-12 days for international. After two weeks nothing happened. I sent at least 3 emails to their support centre. None of which were answered. I then had to get PayPal involved to start a case to recover my money. Naturally you have to wait. After a 6 weeks, out of the blue I get a notification that my item is coming from Korea. Not what I was expecting. 9 weeks after placing my order items have turned up. I have no idea whether they are genuine or not. Terrible service. Will not use again.

I just ordered a box of 72 oddly-sized spokes for around $30, for an academic project with limited time and a very limited budget. The spokes in question claimed to be located within their US warehouse, and since I live in the US, I figured the part should have no problem arriving on time. I've read the mixed reviews of some people getting their parts and others not, but being the optimist I am, I decided to trust them because this part was not available anywhere else that fits in my budget. I have been waiting for almost a month and my tracking status is still stuck on "Processing" with a "view order" button that leads to an error. I can't believe these people would try to scam someone out of $30 when that money determines the success of a project and the future of another. I am currently trying to find a way to get my money back and explain the situation to my school, but within that time, if my part actually arrives, I'll gladly post an update. If you are reading this bad review, assume that I still have not gotten my parts and that this website is indeed a SCAM.

I ordered a pat for my MTB 2 months ago and it has not arrived, I have tried to contact them and have had no response. If I could give them no stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Item ordered 25 days ago. Still not to USPS. Contacted customer service 11 days ago and they said it it should be to U.S. within a week. Did not arrive u.S. Contacted them again - no response. i would not buy from them again. Luckily I purchased with credit card and will soon dispute charge.

As others experienced, I paid for the goods ordered and BicycleHero (or better BicycleZero) took the money and doesn't deliver the goods. Support requests and inquiries are ignored, and checking order status in account leads to an error message. DO NOT order from these guys, they're basically scammers.

I don't know how to say this any other way - DO NOT order from this company. You will be tempted to order an item and may have read the red flag reviews, but then give the company the benefit of the doubt. It's only later you will regret when several months go by after having charged your credit card and no answer from inquiry and no product in hand. You have been warned!

Sorry for that. Because of Covid, thetraffic from EU to US needs a lot of delay and accident. We just solve your case. We will try to stable the delivery process more.

These people at Bicycle Hero are nothing but crooks. Took my money for bike parts and never shipped! I have repeatedly tried to contact them, but to no avail. Beware of this website, they are common thieves !!

I have not received the item I ordered despite being told it was delivered. I have asked the company to look into this, but they have not responded to me at all.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt.. disappointed ordered 2x Topeak multi-mounts - received only 1. packaging was not damaged and was not large enough for 2 mounts. Contacted them immediately - ignored. contacted 2 additional times and no response. did a time lapse of removing installing single item in package. If you look closely you can see only one item indentation in the package. Also item barely fits into package. Not complaining about delivery. but slow - Paid $18 to ship 2x $15.00 items... took 17 days to get to California - 4 days to Ohio via usps

Ordered a Wald basket on August 13. received payment receipt via email. amount transacted from my bank account. no delivery message or whatever from bicyclehero. wrote 3 messages. they replied "Sorry but your order was not passed credit card security pass. We just refunded all the payment to the card holder." Till today they have not refunded me. horrible.

Your order was blocked by credit card fraud detect system. It caused from CC company when the card number is already registered as fraud by the real holder. The security team already refunded all the payment to the real card holder.

I ordered some shoes, and paid extra to expedite shipping. Over a week went by without any correspondence saying my order had shipped. I filed a ticket requesting status and got no response. My order was subsequently canceled and my money refunded, but no explanation as to why. The help site has invalid SSL certificates, so logging in there is not secure. I will never order anything from bicyclehero again.

I've emailed them multiple times, and they don't respond at all. My order never arrived. Also, once I placed the order, I could never see my order in the website, it always displays a coding error. Terrible! Don't buy from them!

I have emailed them MANY TIMES. Their response is to issue a ticket regarding the situation and have not provided any further action and my bike part is STILL NOT HERE!!! It has been close to a year of constant emailing!! VERY FRUSTRATING PLACE!!!

According to Canada Post website, it seems moving to your location. Corona makes all traffic by Canada Post super delay but you can track it and get it soon. I updated your tracking information from Canada Post.

I have not received an order of 1 year before yet. The price will be already paid with a credit card. Correspondence is too severe!

Garbage shopping experience. They take your money and give no update after the receipt. For items that ships in "2-5 weeks" after that you try to email and get no responses its week nine and still no items or status update after request on week 6. I have escalated the this with paypal.
