I ordered a bicycle helmet that specially fit MY head shape, and could not be found in the US. Originally, the order received had an error, but after contacting Customer
Service, it was quickly corrected. The new item shipped immediately and they immediately refunded my return shipping charges. Great customer service and communications. I would have rated them "VERY GOOD" if it hadn't been for the initial error in the order.
