When I placed the order I didn't realise the company was outside the UK. However the estimated delivery time was shown as 5 - 10 working days and sure enough my order arrived on day 10. If I had know the goods were coming from abroad I may have thought twice, but I need not have worried. The item arrived within the stated time, is exactly as described and was a good deal cheaper than other sites. With free shipping! I will use them again. Only reason I haven't given a higher rating is the length of delivery time. But offset that against the saving in the price.
