Received the wrong item. Asked for the correct item to be sent ASAP. When nothing arrived on the expected day, I emailed again. They confirmed it would be dispatched today.
I have emailed questioning this but I am awaiting a response 3 days later.
Still awaiting the item almost a month after ordering.
