Ordered a replacement arm for my Saris Bones 3 bike carrier. Waited 14 days for it to arrive and it didn't have a fixing screw which apparently you have to buy separately. This wasn't mentioned and is quite frankly ridiculous. Another 14 day wait and more overseas postage...
