Worst customer experience ever. In early May I bought a new arm for my bike rack from Bicyclehero. Incredibly it didn't come with a bolt to fix it to the frame, so I bought one separately. Then I realised the arm didn't have a nut for the bolt to fix into (product defect) so I asked for this to be fixed. Three weeks later they said they would refund my cost. Two weeks later still waiting. Summer is nearly over and still no working bike rack. Not happy.
