I bought a light from them and the handlebar mount broke shortly after. When I emailed them I got a quick reply saying they would send a replacement. I've since emailed them three times in three weeks just asking for confirmation. Now they are totally unresponsive. Since the light is useless without the mount, I will return it for a refund. I will never order anything from them again. Worst customer service ever.
