Very poor customer service; not to be trusted.
Bought a saddle from them and tried to return it. Couldn't access the online return form as it claimed I had nothing eligible to be returned which was not the case. Contacted them by e-mail and was twice told returns details would be sent to me but received nothing, since then my e-mails have not been responded to. Even if I was to receive the correct information from them I wouldn't now trust them to provide the refund once I returned the saddle.
Won't go near this company again.
