The delivery time stated was within 2 weeks. It’s now been more than 4 weeks and I don’t have my item. I’m concerned it’s a scam. The customer support is terrible. They give me a tracking number for an obscure website that actually gives me no option to see where the parcel is or how long it will take to get to me (it only tells me it’s in-transit). They also blame their Asian partner who apparently is responsible for sending my product to Australia and they think that’s an acceptable excuse (the Asian partners clearly speak poor English, refuse to understand that I’m not a male and don’t answer my direct questions). I’ve asked for a refund and get no reply. Looks like my only option is to claim back through my credit card provider
