After my order took quite some time arriving, Bicycle Hero contacted me to ask if my shipment had arrived yet. After talking to their support team a bit, they helped me to work out the issue and sent a new bike light, since the old one had gotten lost in transit. It finally arrived, and I'm happy with my light and with Bicycle Hero!
