I purchased an AXA RLC 100 that I couldn't find locally, from the BicycleHero website. I'd not heard of them before so I had some concern considering they're based in South Korea and I'm in the US. An email I sent inquiring about shipping status was answered immediately with the tracking number, and the item arrived as scheduled. I'm pleased with my purchase and their customer service is excellent.
