Waited for a very long time for the CamelBak. Believed the parcel was lost along the way, when I made a complaint to BicycleHero, they immediately resent a replacement and I finally received the CamelBak. Good product. As the company takes their responsibility to their very seriously, I still give them a "very good" even though it was very delayed.
