Extremely prompt with emailing,
Though I had a somewhat difficult issue with the execution. Bought 2 schwalbe tires about 2 months ago. Being cheap, I opted for the cheapest shipping method, within 21 days. Lo, 25 days past, packaged is not there, so I emailed them which was responded to in a few hours. Apparently the package went missing... ok so a new shipment was sent out, which took another 20 days, so now I’m somewhat happy.
Pros: they try really hard to get their product to you
Cons: if you’re cheap, factor time in for boo boos
