I'm afraid I need to make another 1 star review for my Continental tires to Germany. Good to see BicycleHereo responding on my last review here that something went wrong, that the money will be refund and that I receive an automated E-mail for the refund. BUT: the money does not get charged back to my credit card account.
And when checking by E-mail with BicycleHero what could have gone wrong: No response again. I do not get it. It is so easy to reply. Looks like I have to start the chargeback process for the Credit Card to get my money back. The BicycleHero bank will not like it.
