2 months since I ordered - nothing received.
8 weeks exactly or 2 months since I placed an order with BicycleHero. Tracking not possible any more. Was encouraged to contact BicycleHero support. Unable to login to check status of my support ticket. No feed back from BicycleHero Support. From other customer reviews I
understand that you should expect a shipping time of between 8 weeks and 10 weeks.
If the above is OK, then by all means buy from Bicycle Hero
