placed an order on 7/1 where item was listed as in stock. on 7/21 emailed customer service regarding status of order as it has yet to be shipped. have not heard back. attempted to email again on 7/28. one star based on faulty advertising regarding item being in stock, taking money for product before it was shipped, and poor customer service thus far. at this time, business in bordering on stealing as I was charged before item was shipped.
