9 weeks and 3 days after I ordered my items finally arrived.
Brilliant. But what a long wait!
Tracking did not work; contacted support, but it was never possible to check support status.
You have to admit that everything ordered arrived very neatly wrapped. But think twice before buying from BicycleHero, it took more than 9 weeks to arrive.
Could be a good idea to choose the fastest shipping option they have on offer. I went for standard shipping - not a good idea.
