Customer service was terrible at first. Rude and condescending. I had a broken box and wanted to let them know. After that exchange, I checked out the product (excellent quality) and the hardware was missing. They responded to that with a prompt promise to ship missing parts. I hope the relationship is better in the future as I think their products are top-notch
