What a great experience. I have not had to buy a car for 35 years so was surprised. Covid safe (clear signs/lots of sanitizer), friendly welcome (offered coffee etc.) and a good selection of cars. The car was ready to view. Tony Hill showed us the key points, was quick with the paperwork as well as offering and explaining trade in price. He sold the care very well. Having visited numerous other places, it was a pleasure that someone actually could sell and had all the closing techniques... we got assumptive and alternative closes and bought.
