I visited Durham branch to collect some pre-ordered parts. I was actively ignored and walked past by half a dozen staff, however two did ask if I was being attended to. There seemed to be a lot of 'that's not my job' thinking going on. 20 minutes to pick up a few parts. Shame because I like this dealership and have a service plan for my car here. I might not look an affluent type that would ever be in the market for a new car - trust me, looks are deceptive. Please don't let this dealership go the way of many others who care only for the signature on a sales agreement.

Middlesbrough S.G..Petch. Had a car through the motability scheme, excellent service and was very pleased with the car. After the first service there were several small issues, which were not fixed in the following services. The Tyre Pressure Gauge stated that one of my tyres was low; yet pressure was always correct. The handbrake worked perfectly well at first but, after being serviced, the car now rocks back and forth when the hand brake is applied; luckily it holds. Lastly, the locking wheel nut socket set is now missing from the car. Not impressed with the After-Sales service, would not recommend..

10/10 would definitely recommend! (Peugeot) Matthew was brilliant, offered me a test drive on the spot, made the whole process easy and gave me a follow up call afterwards to answer any questions. No hard sell. Great service and a great deal.

I approached SGPetch for a new I10 No problem Took delivery 10 days later Imagine my horror when a card was sent to me, inviting me to an open day, where I could get a new car, together with a number of freebie’s ( not included in my sale 2 weeks earlier )

Rob at Petch Durham was so helpful & insightful as I was very unsure what car would be right for me & also within my budget There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble, spent time with me, I didn’t feel rushed & no hard sell. (I’ve walked away from garages because of this in the past) Excellent service from Rob bought a car, picking it up next week💗 My Brother is now thinking of replacing his car so he’ll be back to see Rob in the not too distant future …

My dealings with S G Petch have always been good from buying several Mazdas over the years to their services etc. Recently my car was hit in an RTA, from day one the staff in the repairs department were so supportive and helpful. i would like to thank all the staff for their courteous and helpful communications and a big shout to Tristan who definitely went the extra mile to ensure I had my car back to go on holiday. Upon initial collection, the presentation of the vehicle was below expectations. This vehicle was presented to me on a grass verge? not in a showroom? After raising my concerns with the manager, it was agreed that an additional two days would be required to resolve the issues. Following this, the turnaround was exceptional. The presentation of the vehicle was faultless, and I would like to personally commend Kerian and Daniel. Both went above and beyond to deliver a level of service and attention to detail that truly enhanced the overall buying experience. Their professionalism and commitment were greatly appreciated. I am very happy with the service I get from my dealer , I've been using them for many many years , very friendly staff , I love my Hyundai i10 I've had a few of them so far but I'm afraid I do not like this idea of the alarm keep going off , I think it's quite dangerous and distracting , when driving through town where the schools are some of them have flashing lights so when the lights flash we drive at 20 but the car doesn't understand that and it flashes when we are doing 30 because it's seen the sign telling us to do 20 , now the schools are on holidays we still have the alarms going off to do 20 , so very very annoying

Excellent garage from viewing and ordering the Jaecoo 7.The information i received on delivery date then the great handover of the car including the information about the car and it's features. The team consisting of Simon, Sara ,Derrick and Adam who all helped me with my purchase I'm very grateful and looking forward to future years with SG Petch.
