“This is my 9th car from S G Petch and again I couldn’t be happier.Tony who I dealt with over the last few years helped a lot with choosing the right car and the deal that suited us. Becky was also very helpful on the inside of the deal and kept us informed throughout the process. Thanks to all at S G Petch see you again in a couple of years.”

“Roy, Sales Executive was very knowledgeable, kept me informed all the way through and was in no way pushy. Worked around us. Showroom has been refurbished making it feel superior to your average showroom. Follow up was excellent. We stupidly thought there might be a problem with the car so rang Roy who called us back and he attempted to make me feel less stupid, new cars have alot more going on than we were used to, lane assist being one of them. Overall extremely satisfactory experience.”

“On going to sg petch darlington barry sullivan told me there was no puncture kit with the new car, but I managed to source one so you wont have to buy one ? alsoI went back to petches to pick up my 3 year service plan and while I was waiting I noticed a black identicle car in the showroom,in the boot was a parcel shelf with a handle (I didnt have one in my car) ?I contacted stellantis and spoke to a man called tho who stated yes you should have one in your car When I asked barry sullivan about this he said he sold another car the same and that didnt hae one So he gave me the shelf out of the black car .?”

“New what I wanted and was given a fair part ex price for my car. No messing around got the new car I wanted. Keiron was extremely helpfull and explained everything simply. Car was ordered and delivered in the expected time frame. Good service throughout with updates at the appropiate points.”

“I was extremely satisfied with the excellent service I received from Tony Hill during the purchase of my new car. He listened to what I wanted and needed and was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for more. It was great to discover that it was Tony who sold me my first Hyundai 10 years ago! He also did a very good job then.”

“Went to view the car on the Wednesday. Test drove few days later. Ordered the car and arrived one week later. Salesmen were lovely and their Hot Chocolate is to die for lol.”

“Callum is an absolutely amazing car dealer, he was so patient and kind and answered all my questions with professionalism and kindness, we had a laugh and joke about things and the hot chocolate that I got was amazing. He clearly explained everything to me in depth and made sure I had all the information and specs of the car I was going to buy. He kept in regular contact with me and phoned me as soon as the car was dropped off. Always happy and smiling and always had a lovely presentable work attire. Thank you for making my first ever car the best one ever and the service was amazing. Callum want above and beyond and even made sure I had a car earlier due to delays.”

“I visited the BYD Darlington branch and was welcomed by a very polite and helpful sales representative who introduced me to the BYD models. A test drive was arranged and I was allowed 2 hours of unsupervised driving which allowed plenty of time to assess the vehicle without any sales pressure. I was very impressed with the drive and premium interior/specification of the BYD Seal UDMi boost. The handover was smooth and although the paint protection was not done before collection. The car was booked in quickly and paint protection completed.”
