“This was my first time buying a car but my parents have been customers of SG Petch for years and highly recommended them. Ryan was great, making me feel at ease! Very helpful and spoke me through things I was unsure of. I wasn’t 100% sure on what I was looking for but Ryan listened and worked with me to check out a couple of deals to see which one worked best for me and gave me time to consider my options before deciding if any of them were what I was looking for. Once I’d decided, the process was smooth and simple, again, Ryan talking me through each step. I’m just over a month into having my car and couldn’t be happier. I’m still figuring out the gadgets, but Ryan is just an email away to help with anything I’m unsure of. A very good first time experience!”

“Ryan was extremely helpful in choosing the right replacement vehicle for me. He then went the extra miles to get me the car for my time scale and the even sorted out a good deal on insurance. Ryan definately went the extra mile to give me a fully comprehensive service. First rate.”

“Mark made the entire experience of getting a new car so simple. He answered every question that I had as this was my first time even stepping foot into a dealership! His professionalism was the reason that I decided to continue with SG Petch directly instead of going elsewhere. I couldn't recommend him enough. “I found Gareth from the Middlesbrough branch excellent at his job he was very obliging when we were unsure what colour he even took us to see the vibrant blue in a similar i10 model for us that just made our mind up and then he sourced a car out this happened on a Thursday we had the car the following Monday now,that was magic.
